Facebook and Instagram pixel
Add a Meta pixel to your public studio so you can run retargeting ads.
Use App & Site to add a Facebook & Instagram pixel to your public studio site. This is for ads that reach people who already visited your schedule, memberships, shop, or sign-up pages.
Turn it on
- Open App & Site.
- Find Marketing → Facebook & Instagram pixel.
- Paste your Pixel ID.
- Turn Use this pixel on your public studio on.
- Choose Save & Publish.
The pixel runs on this studio’s public pages, including classes, memberships, shop, checkout, and sign-in or sign-up, and on the class embed on your website. That includes the shared studio address and your own studio domain, if you use one. It does not run in the staff dashboard or on Fitness Class Studio marketing pages.
Where to find the Pixel ID
- Open Meta Events Manager.
- Select your pixel.
- Copy the Pixel ID (digits only).
A test ID such as 123456789012345 is fine while you confirm the connection. In the browser network panel you should see a request to connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js on a public studio page after the pixel is on.
Custom domain
If students book on your own address (for example a studio subdomain), add and verify that domain in Meta Business Settings under Brand Safety → Domains. That is required for ad measurement on your domain. An individual studio cannot verify the shared Fitness Class Studio address.
Privacy
You are responsible for disclosing this tracking in your privacy policy. The pixel does not send names or emails from Fitness Class Studio.
