Late-cancel and no-show fees
Set amounts on membership policy. Fees charge the studio Stripe key and do not take promo codes.
Who can do this: Studio managers edit policy. Front desk and instructors mark no-show on classes they can update.
Steps
- Open Settings → Memberships → Policy.
- Set late-cancel cents and no-show cents. Blank late-cancel uses half of drop-in.
- Students who cancel after the window see A late-cancel fee may apply.
- On the roster, Mark no-show is in the ⋯ menu.
Gotchas
- Cancelling the class (studio cancel) does not charge late-cancel fees.
- Promo codes do not apply to fee products.
- Guest late cancel / no-show follows the paying member.
