Getting started

Run a pilates or fitness studio — classes, memberships, and student payments — from one workspace.

Who can do this: Studio managers and company admins

Welcome to Fitness Class Studio. This is the longer overview. For short how-tos, start at the Help Center.

What you can do here

  • Publish a class schedule and take reservations
  • Sell memberships, packs, and drop-ins
  • Let a member book one guest on their credit (see Classes and guests)
  • Charge students with the studio Stripe account under Settings → Integrations (not Stripe Connect)
  • Invite staff (Team /staff) and students

Public studio (/s/{slug}) Schedule, memberships, shop, sign-in, and a Profile page for signed-in students. Class times use the studio timezone (not the visitor’s browser and not UTC). An iframe on your own site (/site-embed/{slug}) shows the schedule; include /embed.js so the iframe grows with the content. Sign in / Book / Buy open this public studio URL.

Students who only have a client login never see the staff dashboard. After sign-in they go to your public studio (/s/{slug}/classes). Studio staff and super admins (including a super admin who is also a student) keep the dashboard.

Student sign-up stays in light mode. The 6-digit “Check your inbox” screen appears only if the studio turns on Require clients to verify their email at sign-up under App & Site. Off is the default. Welcome email uses the studio name and logo when the person joined that studio. After a class is reserved, the client gets a studio-branded confirmation (on by default under Online booking → Class booking).

The Fitness Class wordmark in the marketing site, sign-in, and platform emails is the software brand. Social previews for those platform pages use the FitnessClass Studio share image. Your public studio (/s/{slug}) and member emails still use your studio name and logo.

Typical first week

  1. Add the studio Stripe key under Settings → Integrations.
  2. Create membership packages under Settings → Memberships.
  3. Add class types and sessions under Classes.
  4. Share the public studio link so students can create an account and reserve.
